Has He Called Us?

He has called us out of darkness.

Now we can see -

More or less?

How do we know

Is it just emotions –

Or have people just told us so?

Do we just want to be secure

It is just an excuse –

That Salvation through grace we procure?

What good do we do

Is it what Jesus wants –

I’ll leave it up to you?

I want to really find

How to see the God

And break the chains that bind.

I’ll keep on searching

Asking, seeking, knocking

Until God I end up praising.
