The
Teddy Bear
As
I look upon his face
Deep
eyes they stare out
Showing
love and care.
Whatever
you do he loves you.
If
all around is gone
You
may hate and despise him,
But
his eyes just love the same.
When
he was rejected, thrown away
I
thought I saw a tear
On
the face of the teddy bear.
It
made me think of God.
His
eyes they look to you
Searching,
loving, caring.
When
life crashes around you,
You
have nothing else,
You
may despise and hurt Him
But,
you can’t stop Him loving you.
He
was rejected, killed even.
And
I did see a tear
On
the face of the Almighty God.
